PIC – Event Organizer DSC
Served as **PIC (Person In Charge)** leading a team of 10 activists in organizing and executing 3 major DSC events: • DSC Kind – social visit to an orphanage • DSC WDB – community iftar and movie night • Smash & Dash – DSC badminton tournament

📌 Reflection
Acting as PIC taught me how to manage a diverse team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure multiple events run smoothly. Each event had unique challenges — from logistics in charity work, managing atmosphere in social gatherings, to organizing sports tournaments. This experience sharpened my leadership, adaptability, and event management skills.
